Where are you located at?

I am located in Sunny Singapore! Items are all in Singapore currency and will be shipped from here too :)

Are you selling offline?

I booth at events often, on average around once every 2-3 months! Stay updated on my booth schedule! I will also post about the events nearer to their dates on my Instagram. 😊

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, as long as Singapore's postal service can reach you, I am able to ship to you wherever you are! If you find that your country is not in the list, feel free to reach out to me.

How long will the items take to reach me?

Your order takes about 3-5 business days to be processed and shipping will take another 2-3 days for local postage and even 6-18 weeks for other parts of the world.

Shipping time varies according to your selected method, although I highly recommend tracked mailing.

What is the difference between tracked and untracked mailing (for local shipping)?

Untracked mailing is only available for sticker/card-only purchases. SingPost requires non-flat items to be sent via tracked mail, so if the wrong option is selected, I’ll reach out to adjust the shipping fee accordingly.

Why are the prices of items cheaper at your physical booths?

Selling offline means there are no transaction or platform fees, allowing me to offer lower prices for customers. I also occasionally have exclusive booth-only promotions on select items, so be sure to drop by and check them out!

I'd prefer to pay using PayLah!/PayNow, is that possible?

For local customers, you may DM me on Instagram or email me at s.hukufuku.co@gmail.com for the items that you'd like to get to make payment via PayLah!/PayNow/GooglePay etc.

What is your return/exchange/refund policy?

Regrettably, there is no exchange or refund for any of your item(s) purchased. I will not be liable for any packages damaged during shipping (although I try my best to package them safely) and any parcels that are lost or delivered wrongly.
